God provides the land!
Sept. 2024 - God provided a large lot just a block away from the current rented meeting place. For a very reasonable price, the mission was able to purchase a 15 m x 40 m lot to be the future location of the church building.

Oct. 2024 - Thanking God for providing the land for the new church and pleading with God to direct and provide for the construction of a meeting place for His church to gather in Hacienda.

Oct. 2024 - The lot has been cleared of rubble and the trees that would obstruct construction.

Nov. 2024 - After bringing in fill and lots of time spent clearing and leveling, we were ready to map out the location of the church and begin digging!

Nov. 2024 - Once the rebar was set a truck came with a crazy long goose-necked contraption to pour the footings.

April 1, 2024 - Ready to pour the floor... What a huge step! It looks much bigger now that it is at this stage! Soon it will be able to be put to use!

April 30, 2025 - One of the first events to be held in the new location was Children's Day.

As of May 1, the project has advanced as much as it can under current funding. There are walls and a floor, but no roof or windows or doors. The church is visibly excited and continues to do the work of the Church in the community while they wait for God to provide for the next step.
