On April 17, thirty Christian youth came with counselors and leaders to share the Gospel and their testimonies door-to-door, and to conduct a special Evangelistic family event at the new location. They had prepared a dynamic program with music, drama, puppets, and testimonies that clearly spelled out the Gospel message - our need to turn from sin and put our faith and trust in Christ to save us. The presence and power of the Holy Spirit was evident as one of the youth delivered a heartfelt sermon to the audience, who sat riveted as he pleaded with them to be reconciled to God. As a result of God moving, an additional couple and several children have begun attending and being discipled.

In March, God provided a lovely location, central in the community, for the church to rent, roughly 5 blocks from where they had been meeting in their small home. This intermediary step will allow the church to grow in numbers while providing some relief from the additional pressures of ministry out of their home. The rental location is a home that has been opened up inside to accommodate a business, so there is room for the church to gather comfortably.
